As a reminder, the Declaration of Covenants requires that Homeowners submit to the Architectural Control Committee for approval all proposed exterior additions, changes, or alterations to their respective houses and lots. In order to be considered by the Committee, your application must include: (1) The plans and specifications (including sketch, photo, or catalog illustrations) showing the nature, kind, shape, color, height, and materials, and
(2) Copy of your lot survey marked to show the locations of the proposed change(s).
