I currently teach the following courses:

- Big Data in Biotechnology

I am course responsible for this mandatory course for the M.Sc. in Biotechology at University of Copenhagen. In the course we cover basic data handling and manipulation in R, and use a number of data examples from biology, biotechnology, and health sciences.

This class is supported by DataCamp, which is an intuitive learning platform for data science and analytics. You can learn any time, anywhere and become an expert in R, Python, SQL, and more. DataCamp’s learn-by-doing methodology combines short expert videos and hands-on-the-keyboard exercises to help learners retain knowledge and we use some of these in our teaching.

- Animal and Plant Diversity (Dyrs og Planters Diversitet)

This is a first-year BSc. course for Natural Resource students. I am co-course responsible for course.

- Bioinformatics 1 (Bioinformatik 1)

I teach about databases in this B.Sc. course for Biotechnology students.
