Heinze & Associates Executive Search sets a limit of three searches conducted at any given time to ensure maximum attention to each critical search. Our goal is to build a partnership with each client based on results.
Professional Fee
Heinze & Associates Executive Search customizes our search strategy and fee to meet the specific needs of each search. We provide you with a “menu” of options and offer you the opportunity to select only the services needed and minimize the search fee. The industry’s standard professional fee ranges from 30% to 35% of the first year’s compensation (base salary plus incentives). Heinze & Associates’ professional fee will never exceed 30% and could be lower based upon the services selected by the client. We establish a fixed fee prior to commencement of the search. The only additional expenses would be for travel related to in-person interviews with candidates. We can eliminate travel expenses through video meetings and interviews at no additional charge.
