Heinze & Associates Executive Search completes each retained executive search assignment with a focus on targeted research customized for each client. We identify and recruit candidates who are successfully employed with top institutions and industry leaders. They are not actively seeking a change in employment, and they can only be identified and recruited through our search strategy.
Our goal is to provide a minimum of three to five qualified candidates within six weeks of initiating each search, allowing our clients to select the candidate who fits their culture best.
We are generalists at Heinze & Associates Executive Search. We successfully recruit executives at the Director level and above from higher education to finance to manufacturing to technology and beyond. Our clients range in size from Fortune 100 corporations to start-up companies, both publicly held and privately owned. We do not experience the off-limit restrictions that "category specialists" must honor.
How do we differ from other executive search firms?
Search Strategy-Our primary strategy is targeted research, not a database of previously received resumes and CVs. We identify potential candidates from each target institution or company. This puts us in direct contact with the ideal universe of prospective candidates within the first two weeks of the search assignment.
Our Research Team-They are specialists in outlining an organization structure and identifying the key players at the correct level.

Candidate Communication-All recruiting calls, screening, interviews, client reports and reference checks are performed by Kris Hnastchenko. No portion of your search is delegated.
Client Communication-We keep you updated on our progress through weekly candidate update reports; in-person, video conference, email and telephone communication; and thorough candidate reports on each finalist prior to your interviews.
Our Candidates-Our candidates are successfully employed and not actively seeking a change in employment, and would not be reached by a job posting. These individuals are most often the best qualified candidates with long term success.
Support-We assist you in each step of the search process.
Cost Effectiveness-We will customize our search strategy and fee to meet your specific needs. Our professional fee will never exceed 30% of the position's annual compensation, with no additional administrative or research fees. We negotiate a fixed fee prior to commencement of the search.
Your Management Control-We schedule the billing of our professional fee based on successful completion of each phase of your search. Our goal is to enhance your control of our performance assuring a thorough search effort.
Relationship-Our goal is to build a successful, long-term relationship with each client.
