Our founder, David Heinze, began his career in retained executive search in 1972. As one of the most experienced executive recruiters in the Twin Cities, he was recognized as one of the “Top 50 Performers in the United States”, selected from a field of 1,500 search firms. David Heinze passed his successful search strategy on to his daughter, Kris Hnastchenko. She has worked with Heinze & Associates on research and recruiting assignments in retained executive search since 1988. She became a Partner at Heinze & Associates in 2007. Her expertise in targeted institution and company research provides a solid foundation for maximizing the performance of our researchers and increasing the pool of potential candidates for our clients. Kris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kris Hnastchenko carries on Heinze & Associates’ reputation for delivering top quality candidates that match the client’s needs and fit their culture. Heinze & Associates has successfully completed over 400 executive search assignments covering most institutions, industries and professional positions.
