Pricing and Payment Options

Flat Rate Service:

This is our most popular service!

Free in-home estimate gives us a chance to meet each other while you give us a tour of your home. Since every house/household is different, this will help us learn what your priorities are as well as any special instructions.

Based on our notes and conversation, we will create a cleaning report that is customized for your home. The cleaning report shows the housekeeper and the client exactly what is to be done each cleaning day.

Since cleaning times can vary (they tend take a bit longer the first few times and sometimes a housekeeper can have a "slow" day), having the Flat Rate Service will ensure that no matter what the time, each item on the report will be completed.

Our Flat Rate Service also comes with a guarantee. If any of the tasks on the cleaning report are not completed or not done well enough, simply contact us within 24 hours and we will send one our housekeepers out to fix the problem at no additional charge. We stand by our cleanings 100%!

No billing surprises! With the flat rate, you will know exactly what your monthly bill will be.

Per Hour Cleaning:

We have a minimum charge of One-Hour for a cleaning appointment.

Please note that if the jobsite is downtown and requires a "pay to park", this will result in a slightly higher estimate as we do reimburse our housekeepers for this expense.



Invoicing:

We will send you an itemized invoice once per month, on the last day of the month.  We can send this to you via mail, email or both...whichever you prefer.  Each invoice covers services that took place during that month.  We do not bill in advance.  For one-time cleanings or call-in based cleanings, we will bill upon completion of the job.  Invoices are due upon receipt, and are not considered past due until the 30th of the following month.

Late fees will apply if your bill is over 30 days late.  Our Late Fee is $25.00.

We typically send out reminders if your invoice is past due so as to help you avoid this fee, however, the responsibility is upon you, the client.

Payment:

There are many ways to pay.  We accept checks, bank checks, auto-bill payment through your bank, Visa, Mastercard, debit cards with either Visa or Mastercard symbols, and we offer an auto-payment credit card plan.   We also offer a ACH transfers as well.

Credit Card Plans:

One way to avoid late fees is to sign up for the automatic credit card plan.  Simply give us your card information via our customer portal (place a card on file) and send us an email that you want to sign up for our Auto-Pay Program.  That's it!  We'll respond and your card on file will be charged on the last day of the month, when the invoice comes out.  If your card expires or is declined, we'll let you know.  Signing up for this plan is super convenient and easy...hands free!   There is no charge for this service.

Your card information will be kept on a secure server (we use only the best!) and not shared with anyone.

Using a Credit Card  without auto-pay:

You can use a credit card at any time on our customer portal to pay your bill.  You can choose to place it on file for your future use, or not.  NOTE: Just because a card is on file doesn't mean you've signed up for Auto-Pay. We will not charge a card on file without your permission. 

Leaving a Check:

Please don't leave a check at the cleaning site, as we cannot guarantee that it will get to the office on time!  Mail it.

ACH Transfers:

You can use your bank information in the customer portal to pay your invoice at any time.  We do not currently store bank information, so if you are wanting an Auto-Pay version, you will need to use a debit card, place it on file, and let us know you want to sign up.

Tips:

If you wish to give your housekeeper a tip, you can leave this at the cleaning site....just be sure that the housekeeper knows that it is indeed a tip.  A housekeeper will not take it if they are unsure.  You can also include tips in your checks or credit card payments, see the "tip section" .

There is an option to leave a tip any time you submit a payment through the customer portal.

Please note, for our Auto-Pay clients, if you wish to leave a recurring tip, you'll need to let us know so we can include that.  If you wish to leave a single tip, you'll need to do that or approve that separately.   Otherwise, your card will be processed without a tip.

Tips are always accepted, but never expected.  Our policy is that the housekeeper present and cleaning at the jobsite gets the tip.  We do not take a portion, nor do we share it with other housekeepers who are not at the site.  If you want a tip to go to a different person, be sure to let us know either by writing a note or by mentioning it in a check memo if you're including it with your payment.  We'll make sure it gets to the right housekeeper for you!
