What to Expect from Your First Cleaning:

We care about you and your home. After the first visit, you will both see and feel how attentive our housekeepers are to making sure you are pleased with the cleaning. 

First cleanings will usually take a bit longer than your regularly scheduled cleanings. For starters, the first visit often involves a deeper cleaning which will get your house ready for regular maintenance cleanings.  This is also a good time to iron out any details in your cleaning list.

Upon completion of your cleaning, you will be emailed a receipt.  This receipt has the list of tasks that the housekeeper did, as well as any extras he/she chose to do.  It will also have a pleasant note from them and it will contain their name.  This way, you know who was there, what they did, and when the job was completed.  No surprises!

Our Guarantee:

       Our flat rate cleaning service comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed, please let us know within 24 hours and we will be happy to send someone over to fix the problem. We depend on your feedback to do the best job possible, so if you are not satisfied, please call or email or text and let us know.  As long as there's good communication, we are certain we can provide you with the best service available.

For per-hour cleanings, we guarantee that the housekeeper will be there, working, for the appropriate amount of time.

Billing:

        We will send you an itemized invoice that includes all cleanings that have taken place the previous month via mail or email around the first of the month. We currently accept payment by check, auto bill-pay through your bank and credit/debit cards, and ACH payments.  Credit/debit card payments will be charged an extra processing fee ($6 for credit cards, $3 for debit cards) per transaction.    After the payment is processed we will send you a statement and receipt  for your records.  You can sign up for ACH auto-payments as well.  We offer this service at no cost to you.

If you receive your invoices via email, you can simply click on the "Pay Now" button to pay your bill.   If you use a credit card, you'll be given the option of having our software "remember" your card information for faster processing in the future.  

For even more convenience, sign up for our house auto-pay plan.  We simply process your account for you when it due.  You don't need to stop to make a payment...we do it and send you a receipt.  This can be done with a credit card, debit card, or bank account (ACH).   The same fees apply as listed above.  ACH is free.

        All payments are due upon receipt... with a 30-day grace period. Any invoice that hasn't been paid by that time will be considered past due and you will be charged a $25.00 late fee. If you are having difficulty with your payments, please feel free to call the office and we will try to work out a payment plan.

Access:

        You don't have to be home when your housekeeper arrives, though we do have to arrange access before the first cleaning. After that, you have the option of installing one of our lockboxes (at no additional charge!) in order to keep your key on site and secure. You will then be given the code, so you are able to use it whenever you'd like.  Should you decide to discontinue cleanings, simply remove the key and we will pick-up the lock box at an appropriate time. If you have an alarm/garage code and you don't plan to be home, we will keep the information on file at the office and share it only with the housekeeper scheduled to clean.   There are a lot of access instruction options that we can do, just let us know.  Please note that when we have a cleaning scheduled for you, we have devoted that timeslot for you and you alone.  If we are not able to access your home, we lose out on potential income, so its vital to be sure we can get in...however you want to arrange that.  A $25 fee will be assessed if the housekeeper arrives and is not able to access your home (if through no fault of their own, of course).

        

Cancellations: 

        We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel a cleaning if at all possible.  If you need to cancel a cleaning, please call the office: 971-777-2508 or email us: heidishousekeepingservices@gmail.com.

      If the housekeeper goes to your home, is unable to get in and there has not been a cancellation, a no-access fee of $25 will be assessed. This fee helps to compensate the housekeeper for his/her travel time, fuel, and inconvenience.

Our No Solicitation Policy:

Please do not solicit our housekeepers outside of our company.  Each housekeeper works only with our company (or has signed an agreement not to take on our clients) and has agreed not to pursue our clientele.  If you try to solicit them, that puts them in the awkward position of having to disappoint you.  

Keeping your Favorite Housekeeper coming:

We rely heavily on your feedback when deciding who to send to clean your home.  Giving your housekeeper a rating (if you really like them, or maybe you really don't!) on our site, or in conversations with a Field Manager or the office, will ensure that you get the housekeepers you like, and not the ones you don't.    The more highly you rate a housekeeper, the more likely they are to be sent to clean for you...as we want you to be happy with our work!  Click on the "Meet Our Team" tab on this site to give them a rating!
