Our Guarantee

It is important to us that you are happy with our work.  Because of that, we have the following guarantees...

For Flat Rate Service:

We guarantee that the tasks on your list will be done, and done well!  If they are not, please report that to us within 24 hours, and we will send a housekeeper back out to fix the problem, at no extra charge.    (Please note, we do not guarantee tasks to be done if you or a family member asks that they be skipped, or if they are inaccessible during the cleaning).

Our Per-Hour Service:

We guarantee that the housekeeper will be there and cleaning for you for the allotted time.  If a cap is placed and priorities are listed, we will do those first.

Our Security Guarantee:

Your privacy is important to us!  

We guarantee that all sensitive information pertaining to access (lockbox codes, alarms, garage codes, door codes, etc) will be accessible only to our housekeepers under our employ.

We guarantee that all sensitive information pertaining to billing (credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers) will be kept confidential.  Access to this information is limited to Heidi Beckman and the card terminal and is not accessible to anyone else...this includes housekeepers.
