This requires a second stone and serious grill mitts!
First pizza, sauce + shredded mozz + pepperoni goes on pre-heated stone, plate setter legs up
Second pizza, tomato + basil + fresh mozz, crust hit with extra virgin olive oil. Placed on top of stone (pre-heated), on grill, on top of legs (note it's a brand new stone)
With 600 degree grill, cook 5 to 10 min then swap pizzas top and bottom. Note the fancy deck bricks
The pepperoni version, misshapen due to chef's concentration on grill antics rather than aesthetics
The margherita, coulda/shoulda thinned out the crust and baked a little longer, but total cook time for two pizzas about 20 minutes
