Because my work requires a bit of traveling, this web-page was created upon request by those lifters, athletes, and associates that I have had the pleasure to work with over the years. I will continue to add information about developing youth programs in Olympic-style weightlifting, appropriate nutrition for young athletes (as well as men and women of all ages), and links to some recommended resources.
All the best, Coach Clay Reed
