The meeting had a cruise theme and entertainment by The Ashleigh Singers and Joe Connor.

CHESTER CANAL BOAT TRIP May 2013

A very enjoyable evening with good company and good food.
Over 100 Lancashire WI Presidents enjoyed a reception hosted by Lancashire County Council at County Hall.

Long serving member of Heath Charnock WI, Beryl Jones, took part in 'The Best Of Bolton' Poetry event at the Octagon Theatre. 48 writers were chosen to take part in the event. Beryl's poem was call 'The North South Divide'.
Although Beryl is no longer able to come to meeting she keeps in touch with us via the web site and Facebook.

LFWI Quiz Jan 2013
Quiz team at Gregson Lane, Houghton. Our Team came joint 4th out of 19 teams with 52 points. The winners were Withnell Fold with 56 points.
