TuiNa is a traditional Chinese bodywork method focused on restoring balance, relieving pain, and improving circulation. Unlike relaxation massage, TuiNa uses targeted pressure, rhythmic compression, and therapeutic stretching to address deeper muscular and structural tension.

Your therapist will adjust pressure according to your comfort level.
After treatment, you may feel:

Staying hydrated after your session is recommended.
Mild soreness for 24–48 hours can be normal, especially if tension has been present for a long time.
This usually fades as circulation improves and muscles rebalance.
