🔹 Front Desk Coordinator

The Face of the Studio

Role Overview:
Coordinate daily operations through our Square scheduling system to ensure a seamless client experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and schedule appointments professionally

• Oversee digital intake forms and client records

• Maintain a calm, welcoming reception area

• Support team consistency and policy standards
  
  

Ideal Candidate:
Reliable, emotionally steady, organized, and comfortable with basic technology. Strong English communication is required.

🔹 Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (or actively pursuing)

• Professional liability insurance

• Commitment to ethical and professional standards

We offer a consistent schedule and a structured environment where your skills are respected.

🔹 Bodywork Practitioner (In Transition)

For trained practitioners working toward Virginia licensure.

We provide:

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia Esthetician License

• Strong sanitation standards
