Your Hawks Ridge Pool Pass Card will work daily between the hours of 9am and 9pm.
Should your household’s card become lost or stolen please report it to a member of the board so it can be deactivated etc. Also contact us if you need a replacement card due to damage or demagnetization etc.
**The replacement card fee is $20.00 per replaced card. Please allow up to 5 days for issuance of replacement card. Should you purchase a replacement card and then find your original card during the same swim season then contact a board member. If the card you return is proven to be re-useable then your replacement fee will be refunded.
Each Hawks Ridge household is allowed only one working pool pass card per address.

Use of the pool is at your own risk.
Pool patrons are also welcome to bring additional cleaning products to sanitize as necessary.
Pool patrons should refrain from entering the pool area if you are experiencing symptoms of illness.
Pool patrons should wash their hands regularly.
