BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The property and business of the Association shall be controlled and managed by its Board of Directors. The Board shall consist of seven (7) persons who shall be Members of the Association.
Directors shall be elected so that four (4) Directors and three (3) Directors shall be elected respectively in alternating years. Directors shall be elected for two (2) year teams of office and shall serve until successors are elected and qualified.

OFFICERS
All officers shall be elected annually by the Board of Directors at the annual Association meeting. New offices may be created and filled at any meeting of the Board of Directors. Each officer shall hold office until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified.

COMMITTEES
The purpose of the ACC is to assure that all proposed uses and any construction or alteration of any Structure which takes place on any Lot or any other Property shall be performed in conformity with the objective of high quality environmental design. The ACC shall be composed of three (3) Members, each serving one (1) year terms. The Members shall be appointed by a majority vote of the Association Board.
The Board of Directors may by resolution designate one or more committees including Pool Committee and Social Committee, each of which shall consist of one ore more Directors, which committees, to the extent provided in the resolutions, shall have and exercise the authority of the Board of Directors in the management of the corporation. The Pool Committee shall have two Directors as Co-Chairpersons and the Social Committee shall have one Director as Chairperson. Each member of a committee shall continue service until the next annual meeting of the Members.

Committee Functions
• Review and approve any projects a homeowner may undertake, such as new decks or other construction on the property.
• Ensure all exterior paint colors comply with the bylaws, which require earth-tone colors. Paint requests must be submitted to the Board for approval.
• Respond to concerns raised by members, including overgrown lawns, fences in need of repair, or other property maintenance issues.
• Enforce existing restrictions regarding boats, travel trailers, and all types of recreational vehicles.

Committee Functions
• Monitor the pool area to ensure it is clean and that bathrooms are properly maintained.
• Ensure pool equipment is not misused, such as children standing on plastic tables or using them as diving boards.
• Protect pool assets, particularly the umbrellas, which are expensive. Umbrellas should be lowered and secured when storms are possible.
• Address unauthorized pool access. If individuals who do not belong are observed, they should be asked to leave.
• Enforce pool rules, including the requirement that no child under the age of 14 may be at the pool without a parent or guardian present.

• Assist with any events or functions held at the pool, including setup and teardown.
• Collaborate as a team to discuss and develop ideas and suggestions for community events and activities at the pool.
