Annual HOA Dues of $200.00 are due April 1st to avoid late fees.
**New implemented FY 2023** All HOA invoices will be emailed directly to residents from QuickBooks Online. Paper invoices will no longer be mailed.

Your pool card will not be activated for the new season until your dues are paid. Payment of your dues serves as acknowledgement that you have read and will adhere to the Hawks Ridge HOA Pool Guidelines.
If dues are paid after 5/1 a late charge of $10 monthly is assessed in addition to interest of 18% annually on the entire outstanding balance.

On 8/10 a registered letter will be sent to the current owner/resident, giving notice of impending lien procedures due to non-payment of HOA dues.
Lien procedures will begin on 9/1 on all properties for which HOA Dues have not been paid. Attorney fees, late charges, interest and penalties will be assessed at the collection.

2024 Hawks Ridge HOA Special Vote Meeting
A special meeting was held at the pool on May 20, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. to answer questions and provide information about the repairs needed at the pool.
As of June 24, 2024, the neighborhood passed the special assessment to make needed repairs to the pool and parking lot. Please click here to view the minutes from this meeting.
The 2024 special assessment is $275 per household in addition to the annual $200 HOA dues, and is due by August 31, 2024.
In accordance with the Bylaws (page 20), Special Assessments require a vote from 60% of Members voting with a 2/3 approval rate. Of our 284 homes, this means we needed 170 votes with 114 "yes" votes. Our results are shown in the image; we had 177 voting households with 137 "yes" votes.
We hold two neighborhood-wide garage sales each year that run Thursday thru Saturday on the same weekends as our neighboring subdivisions.

The Annual HOA Meeting takes place on the second Thursday of November at 7:00 P.M. (If the day fixed for the annual meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting will be held on the next business day.)
