George the Grandfather Clock

Reminding us, even in the dark, that it's midnight in the Haunted Manor. Why give a clock a name? Perhaps there were no witch marks on it and so some entity was able to take possession!  Why George though? Kim suggests it's because the clock is from the Georgian era, or perhaps from the expression By George, is that the time? Note the spandrels in the corners of the dial and the knob on the door of the case! One of the extra special Spooks making this a haunted house set.
