madhukaiTabha - madhu daitya & kaiTabha daitya are lower by 5 nIchatva guNa-s compared to kAlanEmi.

At the beginning, while viShNu ParamAtma was lying on the vaTapatra – madhu & kaiTabha were born from the Wax of the Ear of ParamAtma. madhu was the elder brother. When brahma dEvaru was born these two daitya-s were troubling brahma dEvaru. viShNu ParamAtma infused courage into brahma dEvaru by fighting with madhu & kaiTabha and killed both of them and spread their mEdassu (fatty tissues) on the surface of the earth. There bhUmi came to be known as 'mEdini'.

The same madhu & kaiTabha were born as haMsa nAmaka daitya and Dibhika nAmaka daitya respectively during dvApara yuga. haMsa was the king and these brothers troubled the sajjana-s. kR^iShNa & balarAma killed them.

maMdAra paRvata is the son of mEru paRvata. The dEvata-s and dAnava-s used the maMdAra paRvata as a stirrer (kaDagOlu) during samudra mathana. When maMdAra paRvata sank in the xIra samudra, ParamAtma carried the maMdAra paRvata on His back in His kURmAvatAra. That is how ParamAtma came to be known as 'maMdaragiridhara'.

mAMdhAta chakravaRti - He was the son of sURyavaMshi yavanAshvara rAja. yavanAshavara rAja had several wives but he had no children. Through bhR^igu R^iShi, he conducted a putra kAmEShThi yAga and bhR^igu muni had kept a kalasha filled with water, which was sanctified with 'putraprada' maMtra. yavanAshvara drank the same ignorantly and he thus had to bear a child. The question arose as what the child should be fed with. iMdra came to his rescue, by filling nectar in his right thumb and fed the child. The child was thus named mAMdhAta (mAM dhyAnasi – he sucks me). mAMdhAta married biMdumati (daughter of yadu vaMsha shashabiMdu rAja) and they were gifted with sons named purukutsa, aMbarISha & muchukuMda. He was also gifted with 50 daughters. He married them all to soubharI mahaRShi. mAMdhAta chakravaRti was a very brave king. Since he performed 100 rAjasUya yAga-s and 100 ashvamEdhA yAga-s, he obtained the title of 'sARvabhouma' (chakravaRti).

manu - refers to svAyaMbhU manu, who is one among the 14 manu-s. svAyaMbhU manu is the abhimAni for gudatatva. shatarUpa dEvi is his wife.

mAraputra aniruddha – is the son of aniruddha. During trEtA yuga, he was born as aniruddha ro pradyumna (the son of kR^iShNa-rukmiNi). uShe (daughter of bANAsura) is the wife of aniruddha.

maruta – is vAyu dEvaru. He is the prime pratibiMba of ParamAtma. He is vij~nAnakOshAbhimAni, atirOhita vimala vij~nAni, trailOkAchARya. He has served the Lord in his rUpa-s as hanuma, bhIma & madhva. He is the future brahma dEvaru.

marIchi – is the son of svayaMbhU manvaMtara brahma. kashyapa muni was the son of marIchi. marIchi was married to kalA dEvi (daughter of kaRdama muni). URNi was his youngest wife and he had 6 sons thru her. They were duShTa-s by nature and they troubled brahma dEvaru. They were cursed to be born in duShTa yOni. First, they were born sons of hiMgyAxa, then they were born as sons of kAlanEmi and finally they were born as sons of vasudEva-dEvaki and were killed by kaMsa.

mAsa

mEru paRvata – is a golden paRvata with the shape of a shaMkha. Over this is the satya lOka of brahma dEvaru. This mEru paRvata supports the entire brahmADa. Over this, shiMshumAra rUpi ParamAtma would be revolving the kAla chakra as kAla nAmaka.

mitra – is mitra nAmaka sURya. He is one among the dvAdashAditya-s.

mitraviMdA dEvi (she was previously sakhaviMda) - Previously, she (sakhaviMda) was the daughter of king agnipvAt. She was performing satkaRma-s like listening to purANa-s and perfoming tapas, in order to be a friendly devotee of ParamAtma and she died. In dvApara yuga, she was born as mitraviMdA to king jayatsEna of avaMtI country and his wife rAjAdhi dEvi. rAjAdhi dEvi was one of the sisters of vasudEva (father of kR^iShNa). Since she had the accumulated puNya of listening to purANa-s, she had the fortune of being one of the shaNmahiShi-s of kR^iShNa. She was gifted with 10 sons – vR^ixa, haRSha, anila, gR^itha, vaRdhana, unmade,mahasha, pAvana, vanhi & xudhi
