Download the materials, only the mask layer, here.

Download the scrap kit and unzip it.
***
1. Open a new image 600 x 600, transparent.
***
2. Open mask layer, copy and paste as a new layer on your tag.
***
3. Open SD SD SCATTERED RINGS, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Image/ Free rotate/ Left 90, tick the ‘one layer’ box.
Resize to 75%. Adjust, sharpen.
Drop shadow: 2, 2, 35, 5, color black. Repeat with -2, -2.

4. Open SD SD Frame 1, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Resize to 75%, resize to 90%, repeat once. Adjust, sharpen.
Drop shadow as above.

5. Use the Free hand selection tool and make a selection on your frame:
Open a New Raster Layer.
Open SD SD PAPER 7, copy and paste into selection on your image.
Selections/ select none.
Arrange/ move down.

6. Click on the top layer.
***
7. Open SD SD GRASS 2, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Resize to 75%, repeat once. Resize to 90%, repeat once.
Move it to the right lower side of the frame.
Drop shadow as above.
Adjust/ sharpen.

8. Open SD SD FLOWERS 5, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Resize to 75%, repeat twice.
Use the Pick tool, pick, and rotate a bit to the right. Move it also to the right
lower side of the frame.
Drop shadow as above.

9. Open SD SD GRASS, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Resize to 75%, then resize to 90%, repeat once.
Move to the bottom of the frame.
Drop shadow as above.

10. Open SD SD STONES, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Resize to 75%.
Move it to the bottom of your image.
Drop shadow as above.

11. Open SD SD LEAVES, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Resize to 75%.
Move it to the bottom of your image.
Drop shadow as above.

12. Open SD SD BIRDS, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Resize to 75%, repeat three times.
Move it, look at my tag for the right spot.
Drop shadow as above.

13. Open SD SD WATERCAN, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Image/ Mirror.
Resize to 75%, repeat twice.
Move it to the lower left side of your image.
Drop shadow as above.

14. Open SD SD FROG, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Image/ Mirror.
Resize to 75%, repeat three times. Resize to 90%, repeat twice.
Move it to the right lower side of your image.
Drop shadow: 0, 0, 50, 15, color black.

15. Open SD SD RIBBON 2, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Image/ Mirror.
Resize to 75%, repeat three times.
Move it to the right upper side of the frame.
Drop shadow: 2, 2, 35, 5, color black. Repeat with -2, -2.

16. Go to the layer with the background frame.
Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.
Resize if necessary.
Move it to the right spot.
Erase the parts that stick out.

17. Duplicate this layer.
Arrange/ Bring to top.
Erase the parts that stick out.
***
18. Go to the first tube layer.
Drop shadow: 0, 0, 50, 15, color black.

19. Place your watermark on the image.
Merge/ merge visible.
Save as PNG.
