The mask I used is WSL_Mask 84 by Weescotslass Creations, which you can find here.

Download the scrap kit and unzip it.

Filter: Penta com/ Color dot.

1. Open a new image 600 x 600, transparent.

***

2. Open a new raster layer. Select all.

Open SD JH PAPER 9, copy and paste into selection on your image.

Select none.

3. Layers/ Load mask from disk/ Load WSL_Mask84.

Merge/ Merge Group.

Resize to 110%.

Change opacity to 64%.

4. Effects/ Filter/ Penta com/ Color Dot, with the following settings:

5. Open SD JH FRAME 3, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Image/ Free Rotate/ Left 90.

Resize to 75%, repeat once.

Drop shadow: 2, 2, 35, 5, color black. Repeat with -2, -2.

6. Use you Magic Wand and click once in the middle of the frame.

Selections/ Modify/ Expand with 10 pixels.

7. Open SD JH PAPER 1, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat once.

Selections/ Invert/ Delete.

Move it down one layer.

8. Stay on this layer.

***

9. Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 90%.

Move it to the right position behind the frame.

Erase the parts that come out from under the frame.

10. Duplicate this layer.

Arrange/ bring to top.

Erase the parts that are on the lower side of the frame.

Go to the first tube layer.

Drop shadow: 0, 0, 50, 15, color black.

11. Open SD JH LEAVES 2, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75% and resize again to 90%.

Image/ Free Rotate/ Right 30.

Move it to the left.

Drop shadow: 2, 2, 35, 5, color black. Repeat with -2, -2.

12. Go back to the top layer.

***

13. Open SD JH DECOR, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Image/ Free Rotate/ Right 90.

Flip image.

Resize to 75%, repeat once. Resize again to 90%.

Move it to the right side of the frame, see my example.

Adjust/ Sharpen.

14. Open SD JH FLOWERS, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%. Resize again to 90%.

Image/ Free Rotate/ Right 90.

Move it to the lower side of the frame.

Drop shadow as above.

15. Open SD JH LEAVES, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat twice.

Move it to the lower side of the frame.

Drop shadow as above.

16. Open SD JH FLOWERS 3, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat 3 times. Resize to 90%.

Move it to the lower right side of your image.

Drop shadow as above.

17. Open SD JH BOW 5, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat 5 times.

Move it to the left lower side of your image.

Drop shadow as above.

18. Open SD JH BIRD, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Image/ Mirror.

Resize to 75%, repeat 5 times.

Move it to the right, on top of the basket.

Drop shadow as above.

19. Place your watermark on the image.

Merge/ merge visible.

Save as PNG.
