1. Open a new image, 600 x 600 pixels, white.

***

2. Open ‘maskerlaag 1’, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

***

3. Open ‘maskerlaag 2’, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

***

4. Open SD HNY CONFETTI, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 90%, repeat once.

Adjust/ sharpen.

5. Open SD HNY FRAME 4, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat once.

***

6. Lock raster layers 1, 2 and 3.

***

7. Use your Magic Wand and click once in the middle of the frame.

***

8. Open SD HNY CLOCK, copy and paste into selection on your image.Select none.

Drop shadow: 2, 2, 30, 4, color black. Repeat with -2, -2.

9. Open layers 1, 2 and 3 again.

***

10. Open misted tube, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Change the opacity to 40, and the Blend Mode to Luminance (legacy).

11. Open SD HNY MOON, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 90%.

Move it down 2 layers.

Move it behind the frame.

12. Go back to the top layer.

***

13. Open SD HNY CHAMPAGNE, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat twice. Resize to 90%.

Move it to the lower right side of your image.

Drop shadow as above.

14. Open SD HNY GLASS, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat 3 times.

Drop shadow as above.

15. Open SD HNY PARTY SHOE, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat 3 times.

Image/ Mirror.

Move it below the glass.

Drop shadow as above.

16. Open SD HNY BALLOON 3, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat once.

Move it to the left upper side of your image.

Drop shadow as above.

17. Use filter Xero, Porcelain, with the following settings:

18. Repeat the filter on Raster Layer 6.

***

19. Lock the background layer and layers 1, 2 and 3.

***

20. Right click on any of the open layers and: Merge/ merge visible.

***

21. Resize this merged layer to 90% and move it a bit higher.

***

22. Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Image/ Mirror.

Resize if necessary.

Move it to the left.

Drop shadow: 0, 6, 50, 15, color black.

23. Open SD HNY HAT 2, copy and paste as a new layer on your image.

Resize to 75%, repeat 4 times. Resize to 90%.

Use your Pick Tool to rotate a bit to the right.

Drop shadow: 2, 2, 30, 4, color black. Repeat with -2, -2.

Adjust/ Sharpen.

24. Merge/ Merge down.

***

25. Repeat the filter Xero, Porcelain.

***

26. Place your watermark on your image.

***

27. Image/ Add Borders/ 1 pixel/ color #541c93.

28. Copy.

***

29. Open Animation Shop.

***

30. Paste as a new image.

Paste after active frame, repeat this until you have 16 frames.

31. Edit/ Select all.

Alt + Enter, change the number to 15.

***

32. Open (in Animation Shop) bubbles.

Edit/ Select all. Edit/ Copy.

***

33. Go back to your image with 16 frames.

Edit/ Select all. Edit/ Paste into selected frames.

***

34. Repeat steps 32 & 33 twice.

***

35. Save as Gif.
