When I taught MM 640 (Modelling of microstructural evolution) during the Spring 2011 session, several students wrote codes in C, C++ and Python to do Monte Carlo, molecular dynamics, discrete atom method and phase field modelling. I am planning to host the codes written by the students (who are willing to publish them under GPL) here. You are welcome to download the same and use (under the conditions of GPL). Please feel free to write to me if you find any bugs in the code.
