CH-muSE: download

GPL

Gunzip and untar the downloaded file. Go into CH-muSE/input. You can change the system size, number of time steps, total amount of time and the initial composition profile in the corresponding files. It might be a good idea not to change the constants - A and kappa.

In CH-muSE, the "make" command will produce the required CH-muSE.out executable.

The accompanying code was tested on a linux system (Fedora Core 2). To run this code, you should have gcc, FFTW, and GSL installed in your system. To view the ps files that are generated, you may use ggv. The size of the file is 227KB.
