Na seminářích mimo seznámení a práci s Guržijevovými pohyby probíhají také společná sezení, vnitřní cvičení a práce s tématem, které je právě aktuální. 

Semináře jsou rovněž vhodným místem k seznámení s tím, jak naše skupina pracuje.

Prodloužené semináře v Trpoměchách jsou s ubytováním. Zde si sami vaříme a uklízíme.
