Guillows Supermarine Spitfire kit no. 403 27 5/8 " wingspan

No fighter of World War 2 is more deserving of fame than the Supermarine Spitfire. During the Battle of Britain, the Spitfires blunted the attack of the German Luftwaffe and buoyed British hopes in their darkest hour. It also flew in

every front between 1939 and 1945 and was engaged in every major action fought by the R.A.F. in that time.

This kit is aimed a modellers over the age of 12 but dads and grandads are very welcome!!

Make no mistake, this is a serious kit with a stack of detail.

Wing span 27 5/8 inches (70.16 cm). Scale is approx 1/16 with traditional balsa and tissue construction.

All parts are pre-cut with great accuracy for ease of assembly and final finish.

Whether built for scale or contest flying, these balsa wood airplanes represent the finest in design and flight capability.

Can be flown with one of 3 different power sources:

• • rubber power (all materials and instructions provided)

  • 0.020 gas engine (complete instructions included, but without motor)

  • electric power (complete instructions included, but without motor)
