Sometimes I start off with cookie cutters for shaping.
Gotta get all that wool in that shape.

Pins are sometimes used for shaping.
I separated yarn I had previously spun for fine lines.
It's tricky to get the felting needle into the fibers of these tiny pieces of yarn.
But, I did it!
Sharp scissors are great for cleaning up the edges.
I love a nice oak leaf.
Such a motley crew!
