Functional nanostructures and 2D materials for optoelectronics
Investigation and engineering of aqueously grown III-V quantum dots for optoelectronic applications. Shape and morphology can be controlled through solution chemistry, template growth, and top-down fabrication methods. Fabricated structures include 0D quantum dots, 2D quantum well thin films & layer materials, and arbitrary 3D shapes.
