The following is an example bid for a weekend of "Our Olympic" events:

Schedule:

Friday, 14th March 202X

- Athletes arrive

- Room for 6 at house

- Room for more at friend's house

- Pasta dinner 8pm

Saturday, 15th March 202X

- Pancake breakfast 7am

- Ice Hockey semifinals: Team A v. Team B and Team C v. Team D 9am at local ice rinks

- Lunch

- Short Track Speed Skating 2pm at local ice rink

- Dinner out

- Evening socializing 9pm

Sunday, 16th March 202X

- Cafe Breakfast 7am

- Ice Hockey Final and Bronze games 9am

- Athletes begin to leave

- Possible late event: Tug of War 3pm at host house
