The current guidelines are included on the application form and by clicking the link you can read these before downloading the form.  

Applications must be returned in duplicate. 

You will need to provide this information when you apply -

• • New/Existing (delete as appropriate) Building or structure

  • Type of building or structure

  • Size

  • Location on plot

  • Other detail
