Gretton Village Hall is a modern, multi-purpose community building with a flexible, accessible suite of activity spaces, all of which can be accessed independently.

 

MAIN HALL ROOM

( 14m x 8m = 112m2 )

 

With high beamed ceilings and a sprung beech wood floor, the room is suitable for a number of events and activities such as presentations, plays , parties, receptions, fitness classes, large meetings etc.  130 people can be seated theatre style in rows.  Where guests are seated at tables for a reception or dinner then 90 people can be accommodated.

LARGE MEETING ROOM (Upstairs)

( 7m x 5.5m = 38.5m2 )

 

Retaining much of the character of the original 200 year old building, this room has its own kitchenette for tea/coffee making.  The room is suitable for large committee meetings and other gatherings or as a consulting room.  Up to 40 people can be accommodated sitting theatre style in rows.

SMALL MEETING ROOM

( 5.5m x 3.3m = 18m2 )

 

Situated next to the kitchen, this space is ideal for use when booking the whole Village Hall for a large event of function; it can be used either as a bar area (standing room, up to 30 people) or as a buffet room.  It is also good as a consulting room of for smaller meetings of up to 12 people.

KITCHEN

( 3.75m x 3.4m = 12.75m2 )

 

Modern and equipped with an electric range cooker, a fridge and two sinks.  Ther are two serving hatches giving access to both the Main Hall Room and, the Small Meeting Room.

 There are shared WC facilities in the building (including Disabled WC).

 Outside there is disabled parking on site.  Also, Gretton Playing Field is linked to and directly accessed from the rear of the Hall.  This is an excellent feature for events which require both inside and outside space.
