Main Hall
-Local Groups: £13 / hour
-Non-Local Groups: £15 / hour
Whole Building (Exclusive Use)
-Local Groups: £16 / hour
-Non-Local Groups: £20 / hour
Notes:
Regular use by Groups or, Clubs. Please contact bookings officer to discuss regular bookings.
Weddings A total charge of £350 will be made; this will allow users time for setting up the evening/morning before and clearing up the following day
Definition of "Local". Users living in the "Area of Benefit" includes: Gretton, Gretton Fields, Alderton Fields, Greet, Littleworth, Stanley Pontlarge, Middle Stanley and Far Stanley.
Heating & Lighting. All lighting is covered in the Hourly Room Rental Fee. Background heating is also covered however, separate electric card meters will be provided in all rooms so that hirers may boost the heating in that particular room. Powerpoints in each room will also run off the card meter.
Cards cost £1.00 each and may be purchased at the time of booking.
Use of the main kitchen. The upstairs meeting room has a small kitchenette for making tea and coffee etc and there will be shared use of the main kitchen.
There will be an electric card meter in the main kitchen so hirers may boost the heating and use powerpoints.
Reviews of Rental Fees and Structure. These are reviewed annually.
