Planning Meeting, 7:00, deciding on new chair and treasurer; get new phone number for the year; make list of people to contact;
Monday, September 29
Planning Meeting, 7:00, pass out flyers, decide on where to take them; contact Housing Authority for their next newsletter; get inventory of papergoods; aluminum pans; lids.
Monday, October 13
Planning Meeting, 7:00; report on shopping surveys; decide where to order from; check last year’s order for amounts; pass out church donation lists and arrange to send them to absent churches; if needed, check with Asbury about using their account to order
Monday, October 27
Planning Meeting, 7:00, get order for turkey, dressing, gravy, casserole placed; report on contacting other churches for help; financial and food donation update
Monday, November 3
Planning Meeting, 7:00. final count for pans, boxes, plates, paper linings, trash can liners, aprons, gloves, hairnets, etc; contact Chlorinda Lowery (423-972-7795), financial and food donation update, who’s baking any remaining dressing and casseroles.
Monday, November 10
Planning Meeting, 7:00, everything should be ordered; plan on what to do with leftovers (CARE Center - Rhonda 423-620-9786, jail, CANUP - Lori - 423-423-1512, Food Bank, Mary - 423-342-7006), financial and food donation update.
