The Greene County Thanksgiving Outreach began as a ministry of Cedar Hill Cumberland Presbyterian church that served and delivered Thanksgiving meals to around 300 people twenty years ago. It has grown over the years to include a variety of churches of different denominations and in 2012 delivered or served over 2500 meals.
The Thanksgiving Outreach is always looking for more volunteers and churches and organizations to help with the funding, preparing, packing, delivering and serving of the meals on Thanksgiving Day.
