Mr. Tom has a secularized notion about the three small children (generally they are two Aswins) like characters standing in the right corner of the seal. Tom is treating them like children born in a season. Just like animal delivery season, human also might have had "delivery season". But , that is a doubtful phenomenon, after becoming civilized and development of institution of marriage, birth of children in a synchronized period is rare possibility. Further these three look like grown up children not just born babies. Most probably the children like characters are Aswins, servants of gods as well as medicine men. Their location in the sky map is Aries constellation (Mesha Rashi/ Hindu zodiac).

This above referred picture, if viewed like a a sky map, the position of Inanna tallies with Auriga constellation and the flag post with six branches tallies with plieades constellation. Next to that person standing is priest representing Perseus constellation. The spiral like symbol on right side top corner indicates the Andromeda and Pegasus constellations. In that order, these three children like characters are Aswins are also fitting into the the scheme of things. In European mythologies these three children like characters are equal to cupids, and they were off human origin and were taken to heaven to serve Zeus. But it is not clear , what is the meaning of this sky map?

The spirals above the head of Aswins should be construed as the place of origin of heavenly Ganges. The ancients imagined the ecliptic pathway as the heavenly river through which all planets moved like boats.

The god standing on the mountain is Baal and he is equivalent to Indian God Shiva. Then the mountain on which he stands must be treated as equal to Himalayan mountain or some heavenly mountain. The mountain on which Baal stands may be representing Cetus constellation.( To be verified and properly identified)

In Mesopotamian mythology it is actually a scene in which Inanna introduces a worshiper to God Baal, where as in later Indian mythology the same had been transformed into marriage scene of Shiva and Parvathi and and role of worshiper has been assigned to Vishnu as brother of Parvathi and a God who officiated the marriage ceremony.
