Seal image of an Afghan seal (with Indus influence) from oslo museum. Copy taken from essay of Steve Farmer on collapse of Indus script theory. Note the hunter and boar--hunter may be indicating Orion--and dog indicating Cannis major--and the boar indicating -----may be Monocerous constellation. All together this seal is indicating a month ---the scene depicted in this seal is similar to Hercules hunting a boar-- This boar constellation may be indicating the 7 th month(?)(to be corrected) of the year---and the 12 strokes may be indicating the 12 th day of the Boar month. Boar may be equal to monocerous constellation----spear may be meaning "death"----and arrow may mean "day" Then-what does the "two bows" mean?---Gemini constellation? ---wait for some answer
POSSIBLE SECOND MEANING:
This seal scene may be indicating all the three modern components of time----year, month and day-----It looks like that this seal seems to be more advanced than other seals seen so far.
Hunter year----spear means year----
Gemini month----arrow means month--
and 12 days-----or------
(12th day ceremony after death?)
Entire 12 labors of Hercules may be indicating 12 years---12 year cycle in Ramayana and Mahabharata. Rama goes to forest for 12 years and Pandavas go to forest for 12 years----it is essentially a 12 year cycle.---and 36 year cycle.
POSSIBLE THIRD MEANING:
The spear and arrow stands for the God Marduk or phonetic sound "mar-duk" (Aquarius constellation)and the "double bow" symbol for Gemini constellation.
POSSIBLE FOURTH MEANING:
The inscription starts with 12 strokes indicating 12 months calendar--
Next to that the picture of Orion shows --it is the month of Orion---
Next to that spear symbol indicates the "Day"-- as discussed in my book--
Next to that the "Arrow and Double bow" indicates Gemini day--
All put together --it gives a month and day---similar to many Indus seals--
It reads like this---
In the month of Orion and Day of Gemini---
What happened on that day ---not mentioned in the seal--
Possibly some body might have died on that day--
Or it may be the Birth date of some body ---
so that his birth Horocope can be determined properly

There is similarity in the story of Hercules and Krishna. Hercules killed the Boar, but Krishna took the avatar of a boar to save the world. The boar killed by Hercules was not earthly boar, but a heavenly one---Boar constellation---see the seal on left side---the heavenly boar being killed by Orion.
