On-campus housing is available at IU’s Union Street Center. We have secured the 4-bedroom apartment option—take a virtual tour. You may indicate on your registration to request a specific person(s) as apartment-mates. Note: There are two restrooms per apartment and room assignments will be made based on same gender identification per restroom.
Each apartment also includes a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, and range (no pots/pans/microwave), a common living area (no tv), and linens and towels per bedroom (blanket and pillow upon request at check-in).
IU is on the Eduroam wifi system and there is also guest wifi available. A parking permit is also provided for nearby lots.
Off-campus housing is available in a wide array of options, several within walking distance of campus. This includes the on-campus Biddle Hotel at the Indiana Memorial Union, which we believe is already booked out for July and unfortunately not likely an option. Attendees wanting to make their own housing arrangements are encouraged to look for off-campus housing early for best options.
Getting to Bloomington, Indiana and Indiana University, Bloomington:
Driving from around the Midwest is a very good option.
Flying into Indianapolis International Airport, which is about 1 hour north of Bloomington, IN, will require an additional car/van travel arrangement. There are many options, including the airport shuttle by Go Express Travel to campus (nearest stop for on-campus housing is the Willkie North Dormitory), Classic Touch Limousine, renting a car at the Indy airport, and Uber/Lyft.

More to come!
Besides asking about accessibility accommodations on the registration form, please feel free to contact the local conference organizers: Jen Simms and Jennifer Muse.
All efforts will be made to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
Regarding mobility: IUB is in the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. We are not flat, but we are not hilly right on central campus and in the surrounding downtown area. You can expect, though, long gradual inclines and declines moving between conference locations. The Conference Google Map can be a helpful tool for determining elevation changes, walking times, etc.
Depending on your needs, we have several plans to accommodate. We ask that you please let us know your needs.
