Below is a sampling of some of the Personalized Puzzles we can make. When you place an order, each puzzle is hand cut with a scroll saw from 3/4" thick material. Once assembled, the puzzles are thick enough they can be displayed standing up. All parts of the puzzle are sanded to a smooth finish and the edges are lightly rounded so each piece feels nice in your hand when you take it apart and put it together. The photos below are samples of each design. Because every piece of wood is unique a puzzle you order may have different grain and slightly different hues than what is pictured below. Please note: since most puzzles are made after your order is placed, it is possible it could take one month for you to receive your purchase. If you need your order sooner, please email us so we can verify we can have that item ready for shipping. If you don't see a design you are looking for please email us, we have much more than we have had time to post on the site and we welcome suggestions.

Help a child learn their first or last name or any other word with this puzzle. It also makes a great decoration for a child's room! This puzzle is our own original design and was featured in Scroll Saw Woodworking and Crafts Magazine: Issue 63.
Each puzzle is hand cut with a scroll saw from 3/4" maple wood. Once assembled, the puzzles are thick enough they can be displayed standing up. The puzzle is about 3" tall and will be up to 14" based on the length of the name. The puzzle pieces alternate between Pink and Purple. These puzzles are very popular at our craft shows because we paint the letters on while you wait and the paint is dry to the touch in 15 minutes. All parts of the puzzle are sanded to a smooth finish and the edges are lightly rounded so it feels nice in your hand when you take it apart and put it together. All pieces are sealed with a clear protective shiny finish. The photo above is a sample of a complete puzzle. Because every piece of wood is unique a puzzle you order may have slightly different grain and slightly different hues than what is pictured.

Give a child a toy that is truly one of a kind! Your custom order of initials, first name, last name or any other word will be designed so each letter is a separate car with working wheels. All orders include an engine and caboose. Each car is approximately 3" tall and 3/4" thick. The cars are hand cut from maple hardwood. Next each piece is sanded then dyed. Finally the wheels are attached and a clear protective finish is applied. Please understand of all the items we make, these custom trains are the most involved! They are truly made from from scratch. Please plan for it to be shipped one month after your order was placed. If you need something sooner please email us and we will let you know if that is possible.
