Below is a sampling of some of the Custom Photo Puzzles we can make. When you place an order, each puzzle is hand cut with a scroll saw from 3/4" thick material. Once assembled, the puzzles are thick enough they can be displayed standing up. All parts of the puzzle are sanded to a smooth finish and the edges are lightly rounded so each piece feels nice in your hand when you take it apart and put it together. The photos below are samples of each design. Please note: since puzzles are made after your order is placed, it is possible it could take one month for you to receive your purchase. If you need your order sooner, please email us so we can verify we can have that item ready for shipping. If you don't see a design you are looking for please email us, we have much more than we have had time to post on the site and we welcome suggestions.

Here's how it works: We can create a wood puzzle with any digital photo you send us. Simply click buy now below and email your photo to graysonsworkshop@gmail.com. Be sure to include in the email the same mailing address that you used with paypal. We suggest you only send a digital image you have already had printed once as a 4x6, since we will not be able to make any image quality adjustments. We print what you send us at a local digital photoshop and attach it to a piece of 3/4" thick hardwood. We then hand cut your puzzle and gently round the edges.
Caution, as with any toy, children should be supervised when playing with this puzzle. Some of the puzzle pieces may be small enough they could be swallowed.
