Algebraic Topology Student Seminar

Our goal is to learn techniques which are not usually covered in the year-long course, Topology I, but are essential in understanding recent trends and results in algebraic topology. In Fall 2014, we will discuss Postnikov system, rational homotopy theory, string topology, simplicial techniques, sheaves and stacks, equivariant cohomology, homotopy (co)limits, and differential cohomologies.
