It should be noted that no alteration shall be made in the foregoing rules and bylaws without the consent of at least two thirds of those present at the Annual General Meeting or at an Extraordinary General Meeting. Changes agreed at 2023 AGM are shown in red text below.  No further changes at the 2024 AGM.
