Merry Xmas

Last night we hosted our first Xmas social.  It was so nice to sit and chat with our neighbours. The cakes were delicious, the conversation delightful and we hope to hold many more of these social events.  If you have an idea and would like to get more involved in your community then do please contact us.

We had three members of the local Safer Neighbourhoods team in attendance who reported on the latest crime activity in the area.  They advised us to call 101 or email them on http://content.met.police.uk/Team/Ealing/EastActon for non-emergency reporting and of course if a crime is being committed 999.  There has been a rise in car crime in the area and they advised not to leave valuables in the car and to  lock up our out-buildings as theft of garden tools and bikes is on the increase.
