By ticking the TERMS & CONDITIONS button you agree to the following:

1. You will abide by the rules of the SOUTH AFRICAN FIGURE SKATING ASSOCIATION, the Gauteng North & Central Gayteng Figure Skating Associations and the competition organising committee.

2. Entry fees are non refundable.

3. In order to compete the skater's account must be paid in full, including membership and monthly fees.

4. You hereby indemnify SAFSA, Gauteng North Figure Skating Association, Central Gauteng Figure Skating Association, SAFSCC and The Ice Company against any claims that might arise from injury, damage to or loss of property at the competition.

5. I also agree that I or my child may be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded for publicity purposes, and that my/his/her name, voice, image and likeness may appear in any medium or media now known or hereinafter devised, an unlimited number of times, without any compensation to me or my child for such use.
