JUDGES & TECHNICAL OFFICIALS

All officials are required to Register on the Eqigate Screening Tool to gain daily acces to the ice rink:
- Register at https://eqigate.azurewebsites.net/
- Using your own email address and Password create a user.
- Use User Code: VGVQ87
- Compete your "employee information"
- All athletes and officials are required to complete the Screening online daily before entering the ice rink.

FLIGHTS, Shuttle Service & Travel Claims:

All other OFFICIALS are requested to send a travel claim via email to finance@gnfigureskating.co.za with the following information in the body of the email:

• 1. Their Name and Surname

  2. Designation at the event

  3. Kilometres travelled (and number of times travelled)

  4. Parking fees paid

  5. Banking details

All claims will be paid within a reasonable period of claims received.
