Coaches to enter PPC detials on the ONLINE PPC FORM by the deadline as per the ANNOUNCEMENT.

All athletes and officials are required to Register on the Eqigate Screening Tool:
- Register at https://eqigate.azurewebsites.net/
- Using your own email address and Password create a user.
- Use User Code: VGVQ87
- Compete your "employee information"
- All athletes and officials are required to complete the Screening online daily before entering the ice rink.
