Engine assembly

Excellsior Talisman twin 328cc with 4 speed gearbox ready to go

Front section repairs

After lots of fibreglass repairs, plenty of sanding

Floor damage with 60 years of damage and dodgy repairs to put right.

Flat frame for assembling chassis on to floor

Trial fitting chassis before assembly

4/7/20

the engine frame and bottom cross member fitted..

The chassis assembly fitted to the floor.

It's beginning to look more like a car now.

Machined the top & bottom king pins to remove corrosion and return to round. Now in the process of making new bushes. Also showing the new top and bottom swivel pins. These need to be hardened so it's on to YouTube again for a bit of guidance!
