TAYSIDE CLASSICS MOTOR SHOW ERROL 2015:
We had a good turn out of cars on Sunday, meeting at mcdonalds then enjoying the run through to Errol. A good day was had by all who attended.
Change of venue!!!! the meeting this sun (7th june will take place in the Glenisla hall which is about 100yds further up the road from the hall. The room in the hotel is getting refurbished hence the change in venue. Light refreshments will be provided by members.

Relay for Life ... 70's & 80's Disco , we are having a wee get together in Troopers Forfar on Tuesday evening (19th ) at 7pm for team members or any GCVC members willing to help out with prep for the event on the 6th June . It's also not to late to become a team member and join The Classics in the Relay for Life Kirriemuir !
also donations towards the raffle would greatly be appreciated

STIRLING CAR SHOW 2015:
some of the club members attended the first car show of the year down at Strathellen park .
8 cars travelled down with another 5 meeting them there
A good day was had by all despite the wet & windy weather
XMAS MEAL 2014:
We had our annual xmas meal/prize giving up at Glenisla hotel on the 7th dec.
every one had a lovely time & a delicious meal.

SCONE 2014(FARMING YESTERYEAR)
A great weekend was had by all entrants with a few joining us on Sunday. A great turn out of cars with 20 in all. We had a great result with the clubstand being awarded 3rd place. WELL DONE TO ALL

DUNDEE MOTOR SHOW 2014:
This was held at Baxter Park Dundee. Sadly the weather wasn't great but we still had a great turnout of cars & an enjoyable day was had .
ANNUAL BBQ 2014:
we had a great day at this years BBQ. The rain held off for most of the day which helped bring in the crowds. A great turnout of vehicles Approx 130 of various types came along. Also we had a couple of road runs (on & off )which everyone enjoyed.
Many thanks to all the entrants, club members, & the public for making it another successful day .
HI ALL just a wee reminder that our annual BBQ will be this Sunday (3rd) at Glenisla Hotel. There will be road runs for all types of vehicles on & off road. Clubs & individual exhibitors & enthusiasts. There will also be the usual BBQ, TOMBOLA, RAFFLE ETC.

GLAMIS EXTRAVAGANZA 2014:
We had a great turnout of club members this year with over 30 cars & also 3 motorcycles
The sun shone on both days & a great time was had by all. It was the 40th Anniversary of the extravaganza and it was only fitting that Tam Ogilvy brought along his Rover as it was also 40yrs old.
The Stand attracted a number of kids as we had a wooden replica of Scott's mini that kids could have their photos taken with & also balloons with Glenisla car club on them these went down a treat.
THOMSON RALLY 2014:
A few members travelled to Stonehaven for this latest event:
We did very well winning Best Featured Car Club, congratulations to John Beveridge for winning furthest travelled also to George Petrie for winning best car club car.

Farming Yesteryear at Scone Palace:
We had a good selection of vehicles at Scone this year, and the weather stayed fair:
The club had a stand at the Mearns Show at Edzell on the 25th of August:
We had a great selection of vehicles at this years BBQ, and the weather stayed fair most of the day. The two on-road runs for the cars and tractors, and the off-road run for the 4x4s and military vehicles were enjoyed by all who took part in them, meanwhile at the field the BBQs were fired-up and the burgers were cooking.
