• problem: client company websites can educate users how to use web accessibility features on the site and setup web browsers and computers to fully take advantage of their accessibility features

    • created information architecture, functions rule, wireframe, and some copy of the client's United Kingdom accessibility help website 

  • deliver: N/A (partnering with various companies, project manager was able to deliver final web accessibility help page

• my noticeable contribution: this was my first UX consulting project and my recommendation to client was accepted

• impact: my UI design was implemented and copy was translated into 32 languages for 72 websites in 63 countries

2) banking app renewal project

• client: Industrial Bank of Korea [Seoul, South Korea]

• problem: needed to renew old look of previous private smart banking app for both mobile and tablet to suit users' increasing desires of trendy design and easy navigation 

• platform: mobile and tablet app on iOS and Android

• my role and contribution: liaison (80%), credit card and foreign exchange module UI design (60%), ideation for home screens (20%)

  • discover: benchmark major banking apps UI, interviewed target users with contextual inquiry, conducted heuristic evaluation
