I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics of Utrecht University. My research interests are in homotopy theory, specifically the interplay between Goodwillie calculus, chromatic homotopy theory, and methods from higher category theory.

Previously I was a postdoc at the University of Copenhagen and a PhD student with Jacob Lurie at Harvard University. I spent the 2018 Fall term at the Isaac Newton Institute for Mathematical Sciences in Cambridge, UK, and the 2016 Fall term at the Hausdorff Research Institute for Mathematics in Bonn. My CV is available upon request.

There are a growing number of algebraic topologists at the Utrecht Geometry Center, including Ieke Moerdijk and Lennart Meier. We are currently hiring postdocs and PhD students. Please get in touch if you are interested in joining us!

From 2012 to 2015 I was one of the organizers of the MIT Talbot Workshop. I am currently an organizer of the European Autumn School in Topology (EAST).
