The green vinyl web belt, ammo pouches, scabbard and holster are very poorly designed.
Just sewn vinyl rectangles with velcro closures.

The 1999 Green Beret featured better molded web belt , ammo pouches and canteen with cover. Also a brown vinyl scabbard for the knife and brown vinyl holster for the .45 pistol.

2002 Special Forces Recon Team Zeta came as a boxed figure . I am not sure if it also had just an accessory set.
This set has the figure outfitted with tiger stripe long sleeve shirt and pants.
