GI JOE - A Real American Hero (2011)
In 2011, for the 30th Anniversary line of GI JOE was this the Big Bad Toy Store (BBTS) exclusive: "Slaughter's Marauders Battle Set" with seven 3 & 3/4 inch action figures!
The set included Vincent "Falcon" Falcone (version 2), David "Red Dog" Taputapu (version 3), Felix "Mercenary" Stratton (version 2), Varujan "Bull" Ayvazyan (version 2), Gabriel "Barbecue" Kelly (version 6), Low-Light (version 9) and Spirit Iron-Knife (version 5).
On the YOJOE.com site they distinguish versions of Falcon vs Lt. Falcon even though it is still the same GI JOE character.

I guess you will have to use the 1989 Sgt Slaughter (v 4) or customize one.
Lt. Falcon came a new head sculpt with black hair this time and uses the torso of RAH Dusty and the limbs of PoC Dusty. The colour scheme that is a tribute to the 1989 Sgt Slaughter's Marauders,
The blue beret (not green?!?) is removable and so are the red neck scarf, black harness and green vest "skirt". The weapons include a black drum magazine machine gun, a three-piece black grenade launcher,
. There is also a file card and a black display stand.
No radio back pack with bent antenna and knife this time.
